How is Connolly’s hit clean? Kero wasn’t looking and was very vulnerable plus he didn’t have possession of the puck and clearly wasn’t going to, his stick was above his waist. Obviously it wasn’t intent to injure, but at the end of the day he still did it.

No its exactly what happened, just watched a video of it and Spezza purposely drives his knee into Pionks head when Pionk was already down on the ice, was deliberate and should've been much more then 6 games.
