Keith is miles more worse a contract for the Oilers than Koskinen's expiring deals. Ceci's term is awful too, but he's been at least tolerably decent to start the year.

Really don't understand how you can equate expiring deals to be "awful" unless there's like no other reasonable option on that roster.

koskinen h u h he has been doing completely fine this year and only has one year left on his deal.
Keith (who is legitimately the worst player in the league), barrie(literally the last thing edmonton needs is a ofd and we are paying him 4.5 for the next three years to do that) and turris (right next to keith at worst player in the league but his contract is cheaper so his is not as bad) are all better options.

I didn't include kassian and ceci as they both have actually been really solid role players to start the year.

Karlsson deal is an albatross but his play has been much better this year and is above average, Vlasic however is playing a like a bad 7th D man at 7 mil a season. i would argue he is our worst deal by far!

and Weber is actually a good player and with him on IR his deal doesn’t hurt Montreal, Prices deal has to be worse.

Leafs would get value if they were to trade Marner today.

Leafs would likely have a hard time moving Ritchie or Mrazek for anything right now.

Therefore Ritchie/Mrazek contracts are worse then Marners.
