I still think he’s nothing special and Ottawa will would regret not taking this, but it doesn’t really make much sense for them to move him.

He’s better than any other option and it’s his first game. Even if he ends up as a solid #3 or #4 guy who can put up 40pts that’s a W. reminds me of Tobias Enstrom

Wow that was a bombshell from Dreger on Insider Trading during intermission. GMs are in favour of delaying 2021 NHL draft to summer 2022 and having back to back drafts. So Ottawa would have the benefit of (possibly) getting a good pick and getting to see the player play +1 year

honestly, I hate the narrative that players are busts if they aren’t in the show by 20. It’s so annoying, so many guys come in at 22-24 and are great.
