It really depends where you look. I'm gonna be honest here, as much as CF is usually correct with UFA/RFA stuff, occasionally there's a mistake. Some places call him a UFA, some a(n) RFA.

Brayden Point and Nikita Kucherov are both due for fat extensions. At the very least, that's a 9M increase. The year after that, Vasy and Sergachev up and that's at least another 7. Not to mention, Namestnikov has to be resigned at the end of the season. No way Carlson signs a 1 or 2 year contract. Major UFAS get paid big bucks. Cap space wont magically appear.

i know, but Steve Yzerman can find a way ... also, Kunitz and Sustr are UFAs i believe. And he might be able to move a guy like Callahan to a team with lots of cap space.

i wasn't sure ... i've seen him as a UFA in a few places though ... i believe you guys had a mistake with Brett Connolly recently? I forget what it was though.

VGK signing Neal and Perron and NYI signing JT and Bailey will both be tricky IMO.

I know it only takes one team, but I don't think Bailey is going to get real big money. He's had one real good year and he does play with Tavares. What's his production going to be on another team.? Heck if I were the Isles, I'd be wary of his salary request.
