I am just wondering how Fantilli's rookie numbers will compare?
SILLINGER 79 GP / 16 G / 15 A / 31 P
JOHNSON 79 GP / 16 G / 24 A / 40 P (his 1st real/full season)
MARCHENKO 59 GP / 21 G / 4 A / 25 P
LAINE 73 GP / 36 G / 28 A / 64 P (with Winnepeg)

I am predicting he gets the most CBJ points in rookie season, beating Dubois' 48.
I also think he bests Marchenko's 21 goal record last year so he gets: 73 GP / 23 G / 30 A / 53 P

Also, this is my take on the depth chart starting the season, barring no personnel changes (trades) or injuries...
They start Fantilli slow in 3rd line role with experienced two-way wingers
Voronkov will probably stick around for a few games and be sent down to play until injuries/call up. Foudy and Bemstrom are on the outside looking in, maybe sent down or claimed in waivers. Really I do not care. Their ship has sailed long ago.
Danforth gives a better scoring and more tenacious checking option on the 4th line
The top 2 lines will score
The bottom 2 lines will get their fair share of goals, but be good checking lines and build chemistry.
On D, we just need the crew to stay healthy. Jiricek may play a handful of games, but at the risk of losing somebody for nothing, he probably will be sent down and Peeke/Gudsy rotate 3 RD spot. I can see them keeping 8 D on the opening night roster to not lose any to waivers.
Babs will need to get all 12 focused on a defensive first, situational awareness, and responsible mindset first (Marchenko, Chinakov, Laine, etc.) while still focusing on scoring the puck.
In goal is a complete crap-shoot. I have no idea or confidence what is going to transpire there.
