1) - LHD- Jack Johnson #3 to WBS [AHL] - It will cost to much to trade him, we don't have the assets to move him, & He simply is NOT a NHL player anymore.
2) - C- Nick Bjugstad #27 is he healthy? / can he play next yr? I have the Cap space now so why give him away for nothing, while he has 0 value? (if healthy could move another player for picks)
3) - #3 LHD spot Battle - Pens usually keep [8] D-men anyways & always liked Forbort's more physical style & gives Gonch time to work w/ Fleury.
4) - Horny #72 - I kno I kno he is not a 4th liner but would he care? + he can move up & down. Most IMPORTANTLY- gives us ability to ALWAYS role 4 legit Scoring lines (Instead of killing 87 & 71 all yr)
5) - Lafreniere #11 - start him on 3rd line to ease him in to NHL instead of putting him w/ 2- HOFers rite off the bat.
6) - [UFA] signing of L/RW- M. Granlund #64 - 1yr @ $4m Per after a down yr is a Steal bc he could be a perfect RW for Sid - 64 is a 25 times more skilled Simon type of player.
7) - I have 24 players & maybe 25 w/ Juggs - would need to sneak 1 or 2 to WBS or Trade 1 or 2 guys for picks bfor season starts - BUT isn't there always 1 or 2 Pens hurt, lol?
- Adin Hill is one of the best younger Goalies in the NHL & A Hidden Gem that reminds me of M. Murray (w/ a better glove, lol) w/ his size & calmness in Net.
* Hill would be a Perfect 1B to Jarry & having the Vet DeSmith as the #3 would give us depth.
+ Having 2 Young Goalies only take up $3m - $3.5m would help this team w/ Cap staying Flat.

- Take all the best RHD-men from [EDM] - Schultzy - Marino - Now Bouchard - Next yr Bear?
- Seriously, BOUCHARD is a Fav of mine & has hockey sense like Marino (A+) & could be a very Good #2 RHD in a cpl yrs & also a solid #3 next yr. Needs to improve his skating & his D-play but he is young.
- McLEOD has size & speed (very fast) to be a Good NHL Center but doesn't always show up [needs kick in arse], If he ever puts it together could be a solid bottom 6 NHL Center.
- I know Murr's had a down & injury riddled yr but he is still a 26yr old, 6'-4" , 2 - Time Cup winning Goalie, + just last yr started the last [25] gms & single handedly got us into Playoffs, & He still has worth to "REAL" GM's.
* [EDM] needs a proven winning Goalie that can help McJesus win an actual playoff series bf he wants out of Cursmonton.
- ALMEIDA is a small skilled prospect just coming off a 110 point WHL season.
A 26-27yr old - very smart Defensive 1st - 3rd line Center who played more of a 2nd line Center role bc of lack of Centers on prior team & put up ok numbers before coming to Pens.
- E-ROD is a fast & quick bottom 6 Forward that is a Center 1st but can play all 3 pos just as good & never got a chance in [PIT]. Is a RFA but should get a $1.2m tender.
- RIIKOLA is a very good #5-#6 LHD-man at least (look at his Lytics) that can play either side just as good but was also never liked by Sully & never played?
I’m still too disappointed to look at any Pens armchairs Lol. I have no idea what they’re going to do this offseason. That performance against MTL was painful
From a Pens standpoint it seem like the 3 way trade seems lopsided for us, but looking at it as a whole it doesn't look too bad at all. Also Edmonton would have to love Murray to think about giving up Bouchard for him. Good team btw
