Seattle who'll have tons of cap space and needs a franchise player (I could list Utah too, but Seattle is closer to the playoffs which I'm sure Marner would want).
Dallas if Marner wants a real Cup contender and if the Stars are desperate if they fail again this year (Marner to replace Benn >? )

LA is just not a fit right now with our cap situation. Priority is re-signing Byfield. Danault is too reliable of a middle 6C to be giving up, and I highly doubt he waives his trade clause to go back to eastern canada.

I know some people that work for the Leafs, including Mitch. I haven’t asked him directly about it because outside of hockey he doesn’t talk much about it, but it’s something I’ve heard come up a few times. Take it with a grain of salt all you will cause I’m just a normal guy behind a computer, but I have connections within the team

The 9 team list? - it’s reportedly out there. I haven’t seen it but I believe it was the Fourth Period that reported it.
