Not sure how struggling Chabot and Norris are somehow worth that much more than struggling Laine and serviceable Provorov. Especially not considering the amount of risk that's attached to the almost $16M in contracts those two have over the next 5 years compared to the very short term commitment attached to Laine and Provorov.
