I hate to break it to you, but SJ isn't getting anything close to what they paid for EK as a return. 1-2 NHL players, 1 "prospect", 1 first, 1 second... tops. They will retain salary and get salary back.

Yager absolutely will not be in any trade. You can take him out of that deal. Karlsson hasn't been traded yet because SJ thinks they can get this kind of value, but they can't.
