Debrincat is gonna cost more than that. TK was a point per game player, so I feel like his return would be more than a struggling former 1st, a mid to late 1st, and a 2nd. If they don't think otherwise then cool.

Would love to see Ottawa get a better return than what they paid for a cheaper, longer termed DeBrincat fresh off of a 40G season. Keep in mind he recessed and will command a more expensive contract this year.

I understand the sentiment, but DeBrincat's price is based off of 7OA in '22 + 2nd + 3rd.
If you ask me, 7OA (Korchinski/Kasper/Savoie D0 year) would be like 16OA at best in this draft.
