Try and move pionk asap. Perhaps CBJ would want some of WPGs trash….. I’d love to get boqvist. An actual RHD that is young and still has time to grow. Also has term, at a reasonable cap hit which the jets would love. I’d even pay to trade pionk for boqvist lol

Feels like a sell-low on Boqvist, which I am not a fan of. I'm not sure if I can say Elvis wants/needs SABH; but, absolutely, its a decision for himself to make, and if its the one he wants to make, this is a reasonable way it would shake out.



I wouldn't call it speculation at all. He's been very open about how his mental state/health has been tried during a very difficult season on and off the ice, much to his credit. Watching your friend get killed while saving the life of your pregnant wife, balanced with a difficult year in net on a collapsing club, with the cherry on top being a close relative passing away, tends to have an effect on people.

Boqvist gets a lot more than a late third. Look at what nils lundvist and Romanov got and boqvist is better than both of them

Really hard to tell which is why I think he gets a stay of execution though if I had my way he be shipped. Before he got injured he was paired with Gudbranson and was legit the worst defensive line in hockey but how much of that is Gudbranson or his fault /shrug. Personally I trade him to the Caps if they offered a mid round pick on him just to recover some loss assets. Yeah in my current unpublished roster I had a 3rd for Bean but I would settled for a 4th.
