Trading Hughes ruins the entire roster. They have no replacement for him (no one even close to him) and none of the parts coming back would replace him either.

To be honest, I don’t see any of the guys on this Canucks roster being key contributors when they’re finally contenders again. They should just tear it down and ruin it instead of the constant retools imo
