I would not do Zaitsev for Myers 1 for 1 (and an additional 1.5 AAV)

I would not even do the swap with 1.5 retention Myers

The 2 are really bad, lateral movement at best

Ottawa would absolutely have to add a sweetener. Myers is an NHL caliber dman, Zaitsev is not. The 1.5M in cap difference isn’t enough for Vancouver to do it straight up when their defence is bad enough already. Ottawa adds a sweetener

Zaitsev lesser QoT and harder QoC too

Myers is not better than Zaitsev. I would not do this swap, even if Vancouver retains 1.5 AAV

I would have done it a few months ago but then I watched Myers play. It is horrific
