Ya coyotes are on the penguins franchise mode pre Lemieux or pre Crosby. 30 year lease on life if possible, and hopefully a squad that is peaking when colorado and most of the division is bubbling or rebuilding.

I hope the best for them, my grandparents retired to Arizona and my parents plan to as well so going to see a game with my family on visits is always fun.

Ya I’m in a similar boat, previously bought in Arizona but have recently sold, and being a hard core hockey fan, kind of picking between Arizona and Vegas for our next purchase. Read the article but never looked at the rink, sure sounds like a wild undertaking and something that if done right to plan, could be exactly what they need. Followed the team since hawerchuk, so ya definitely pulling for it to make it work in Arizona. Loved the last setup and barn for the adventure, but definitely wasn’t going to work long term. Hopefully they get the chance to put it together.
