I agree, but kaprizov can make any center look good. He made Victor Rask look almost reasonable for a little bit. I think pairing him with a more proven center would still be worth it

Yeah, I don't think the value is bad, I just doubt Montreal is interested in a year of Dumba considering they aren't planning to compete next season.

Also, considering the price they paid to acquire Dvorak, I think they want to wait and see what they have in him. He showed promise in the last 20-ish games when he came back from injury.

And Hartman played terribly in the playoffs. If the Wild are serious about wanting to win the cup, they need an upgrade to C1.

If Petry is on his way out, a Dumba vs Dvorak swap would make sense if Dumba is interested to resign here. MTL are probably drafting Shane Wright and Evans/Poehling are set for the 3C/4C spot. I would make that deal if I was K. Hughes and Dumba verbally agree he is welling to extend in MTL

Minnesota doesn't need Christian Dvorak. He's a 3c , and Joel Eriksson Ek is already better . Also rossi will be up
