Considering linemates, age , and contract status tomasino and poolparty are a wash. Nashville adding assets on top of Tomasino makes it an instant no even with glass and the pick Nashville would still be wise to decline.

Brannstrom has only been disappointing to people who overrated him (some kinda expected a Karlsson type apparently)

He is a 22 y/o D-man getting comfortable in the NHL. He doesn't produce a ton of offense yet but he has 26 points in 80 points since 2021 (includes the 2020-21 season)

The +/- is irrelevant on a rebuilding team. He was + 3 last season, which is actually good since the team was still pretty bad defensively overall



Not sure where this notion that he has no value comes from. He's tracking to develop into a 35+ pts PPQB
