You don't have to include Frost for Seattle to take JVR, a third isn't worth it. Just give them JVR and a 2nd and move on. Probably you could keep frost and throw it in the Scheifele trade if anything

I would be more interested in Frost + 1st + cap offset. The reason being is I would target Perets as a goalie prospect who would cost nothing more than a contract. That also allows us to potentially draft Slafkovsky even if we get the top pick or we can trade down to 2nd and gain another asset.
