Man I didn't even see that trade, why the Hell would the leafs give up Kampf for free. Kampf is the prefect 3rd line center for the leafs. He has had great season. I don't care about is offense, he wasn't brought in for that

why would the leafs do any of these trades? they lose every single one and come out a worse team with less depth

Just what the Rangers need....more cap . Simmons has a NMC for a reason....not to traded to non playoff team.
Lots of moves, under the cap. But totally impractical for the Leafs and most of the other teams and some of those players aren't signing those contracts.

As a Sabres fan this is the first Toronto trade that doesn't try to make us pay for a cap dump I've seen in a while - I'd be surprised if Toronto fans like it.
