Yeah you only payed attention when two dudes were wrestling and i watched them play hockey where the leafs put up almost double the shots and crushed thr flames in chances against.

Double the shots and still lost in a playoff style game, Leafs won't have an easy first round

Yes, because their goaltending was bad, not because of the rock em sock em video that wont stop playing in your brain.
It is a very simple concept

Don't see how a non-call on the refs has anything to do with the Leafs. Besides Mo went after him (and squandered a PP I might add).
Furthermore, It is very indicative of your (bad) eye test that you think this was a good response to "The Leafs played well"

Where were the Leafs on this play?

With his recent play I think its time to let Mrazek have more starts as what if he continues to get better...

As rn Leafs got 38 games left and Mrazek has only played 7. He needs to play at least 23 of the 38 to give Campbell rest. As I dont think Campbell playing a total of 60 games this season is a good idea.

Yes, he needs rest but you don't want to freeze him out entirely. He is still the projected playoff starter and we need him playing games.
I'd suggest (and this would change on a game by game basis based on how they played FWIW)

Let me educate you on hockey for a moment.

A play refers to something that happens during the course of the game in playing time.
This is after the play, and nothing to do with actually playing hockey. The fact that you base your hockey opinions off of this says a lot.

Thats why I think 25/13 is fair

Mrazek can play 25 and Campbell 13. That way Mrazek plays a total of 31 and Campbell 46 (Hutch played 1 and Woll 4).

This way he gets some games in but also gets plenty of rest for the post season. But if at any point one or the other struggles than the game division can be changed.

No, but sets up the intimidation factor when you play a hard and physical game. Teams will respond by playing softer style knowing they do not one to be next, but look at what happened to Kase when Zadarov layed a monstrous hit. Not one Leaf dared to respond when Zadorov was sitting on top of Brodie or when Zadorov was manhandling Bunting

You're thinking too big picture here. What has happened has happened and doesn't affect the future anymore. This convo in September would be right but with the injury situation changing things the overall numbers don't make sense to look at any more.

lmao.

If you think any intimidation factor outweighs our goalie letting in 3 on 3 I don't know what to say (that won't get me banned anyway)

No it does make sense lul

Why play Campbell to death at this point. Worked out great with Freddie. Playing a goalie for more than 50 games is not a smart strategy. After all not every goalie can be Vasilevskiy. Campebell is showing signs of fatigue and his level of play is dropping with every game since 2022 has started. Meanwhile Mrazek has been solid and winning us games since returning from injury.

Why not reward that as we are in a crucial stretch with 38 games left. Not good to have a tired struggling starter come playoff time. And if Campbell continues playing like this yeah not good. Mrazek should take over for the 2nd half of the season as it makes sense in multiple ways for both the team and management.

Again, injuries messed up an ideal solution. Looking forward Petr shouldn't play more than 2/3, and it should be dependent on how they have been going. It is a tandem from here out, it is 50/50 + whoever is hot

Ah yes, let's take it from a guy who literally makes his living over reacting to things for clicks.
Good one, you're in lock step with a guy in his 30s who is probably currently making a video screaming at the top of his lungs

Embarrassing to watch the Leafs get pushed around without showing a pulse, Leafs hate physical hockey but teams will use that as their advantage. Flames have exposed the Leafs tonight

they didn't expose them. Any leaf fan knows they have the softest role players in the league. Also when there is a major scrum and leafs getting knocked down and roughed up, l see Rielly watching at the top of the circle. Now that's what l call sticking up for your teammates.

The leafs need a couple guys that can hit and drop the mitts. They got bullied real bad this game in the end. They had their scoring chances for sure. Come playoff time, this team won't wear down the other team. I can't remember which TSN analyst last yr picked the leafs in 5 games or the habs in 7. Their role players are just way to soft.

No, they need good players.
No, they didn't get bullied because they literally had the puck all game and dominated play.
And the leafs havent lost a single playoff game in at least 15 years because they are 'soft'. They lost because of goaltending like anderson crapping the bed or not being able to score enough.
It's amazing how its always toughness but then thr leafs added toughness and that didnt help so they need more toughness but that didn't help so they need more and more etc etc.
It was goaltending. That's it. Thats why they lost. The flames had it and the leafs didnt.

Only an idiot would listen to Dangle. Lol only an idiot would cite Dangle as a case in their point. Go watch the Islanders if you like teams that hit and don't have the puck.

The Leafs were easily bullied around, not a single pulse other than Rielly coming in the defense of Kase. Leafs were intimidated by the Flames, they were playing perimeter hockey

oooooooooh, you're a bag head fan. that explains a lot. Good job. you listen to one of the worst leaf fans on the internet. The guy is a racist, classiest biggot who has literally tried to get people fired from their jobs because they disagree with him about hockey. also knows nothing about hockey. When Backlund of all players takes run at players, you know it's bad and not a Baghead fan, I agree with this take though
