You think Comtois and a mid to late first is worth more then Murphy and Reichel? Comtois isn't worth a high end prospect like Reichel (who is looking like a steal picked at #17 in 2020) one for one and Murphy is arguably worth more then a mid to late first but certainly not less.

a 28 year old UFA does not hold much value to the Ducks. EDIT: my bad here I thought he was a pending UFA. Still doesnt change his value to the ducks that much, We just resign Manson and keep Comtois at that point though
