Pens decline that. Why trade away the better player in season for a struggling center? That's awful. If you are worried about Kapanen's next deal you focus on that in the summer. Not weaken your roster mid season.

I do not care. He is having a crap season and we are trying to contend. I'm not trading away a player who is twice as productive now for "potential" at a later date. It makes no sense.
