I mean if you are talking potential dynasties TBL has to be 1st because they already have 1 cup, then COL and VGK who are at least imo significantly more complete teams than TOR. CAR is a dark horse. That’s the list of teams and yeah I would put TOR in there but only ahead of CAR.
