This is a good thread.
It's understanding that the "onus to add" is on the trading team, and the receiving team doesn't need to make concessions. If the trading team doesn't give the assets needed to make the trade viable for the receiving team, the receiving team will just continue to reject the offers.
You have to make the trade worth it for the destination team. If the price is too high, then you get to keep your bad contracts. Getting upset that they won't take your bad contracts for cheaper isn't going to get them to take your bad contracts for cheaper.
