The key is one would 100% expect Hall to sign with Cups in mind with his 14 career playoff games at 29 (!) and ability to choose where plays as much as possible.

I mean that Eichel and this situation isn't even like playing with Marcel Dionne back in the day. Guaranteed no Stanley Cup on those late 70s Kings teams -exactly like here- but at least you'd expect a bountiful stats jump beside his 130 points yearly.
