I think it's quite unlikely that teams will be taking on cap dumps without receiving an asset in return.
The Bjugstad deal is probably the best a team will be able to do with cap dumps this summer.

Brandon Dubinsky is signed for one more season, is injured and will never play again, and his contract is insured. Columbus isn’t trading that for Loui Eriksson, and no team is going to give you that capspace for the next two (flat cap!) seasons unless you give them a good sweetener.

Secondly, Columbus has no need for Troy Stecher.

I'd rather have Larsson for an extra 500k without Sutter's larger cap hit. Or I'm not against trusting that role to Lazar. His effort earned it in my opinion. And he'll only cost 800k total
