Sure the Leafs would like 3 competent RHD at a fair market price (wouldn't all teams).....but Faulk doesn't fit the bill.
Leafs would be 10 times better off paying Pietrangelo about 8.75m and keeping Reilly. Or even sign DeMelo at 4m and keeping Reilly. Leafs would have to trade a cap forward or two for futures.

And to look back and remember when Carolina had Faulk on the trading block and seeing so many Leaf fans post ACGM of them acquiring him, but now with Faulk under a new team and contract, Leaf fans believe he is hot garbage. Trust me, Dubas would have handed out the same over payment had he got him.
