Ok what would better this deal?

I can’t really speak on these moves, as some of them I like and others I don’t and think are unrealistic, but I gotta say one thing. I am a life long hawks fan, but I got a lot of family in Minnesota. I love Minnesota and I love seeing my family. I do love to rag on them cuz of the hawks dominating them. But, I do have a lot of love and respect for the wild too because of my family. I wish to god they were still the north stars (**** you norm green), but I really do hope they get a cup eventually. State of hockey deserves one.

First off, the title is an insult, the home of hockey already has cups, 24 to be exact.

Secondly niether team does that trade. Zuccs has negative value and Parise isnt getting you a 1st, from any team.

Zucc contract itself is worth that return

It's the State of Hockey, not home, that's north of us, across the border there... maybe you've heard of it? It's called Canada.

Second off...

Not a single one of those is doable.

Except maybe Lehner, but not at that price point.

Ovi's not leaving the Cap's

Staal and Koivu are not coming back past their current contracts.

Brodin and Soucy are going to cost more than that on new deals.

Hunt will cost less. He doesn't command that much.

Hunt would play RD and Soucy LD on that line, which doesn't make sense anyway because they're BOTH offensive defenseman.

Parise's recapture penalty would destroy this team if he's traded within the next 3 years.

Finally..........................

VICTOR RASK IS NOT A 2C! He's barely a 4C... and hopefully he gets bought out this offseason.

You aren't going to win any cups with Rask as your 2C... The guy belongs in Europe.

If we want cups we need centers, not more wingers. Parise, while undeservingly harped on by other fan bases, doesn't have that type of value either
