The no brainer is to match on Cernak. Hes easily worth more than a third. If im them I match all three and then trade, but atleast for Serg they get a first second and third from a bubble team

As for matching the rest let's say all these OS are signed and Tampa matches they now have an 18 man roster and are 6.2 million over the cap. I'll list the players that do not have a NTC - Point, Pauquette, Colman, Mcleinny, Goodrow and hypothetically the 3 matched OS. Who's lining up to give fair value to Tampa on players when they have 4 more Roster spots to fill and unload at minimum 9 million?
