Would think Kuzy's M NTC' blocks a deal to the Jets.

I'd much rather just keep Scheifele for his contract year, try to resign if things look good or move at tdl if things go south.

Be interesting to know how much he wants to walk or how much they want him gone, may take retention for lots of places at the moment. Jets probably want a few pieces back that could extend the scheifele trade tree rather than a 1 for 1, term and team control over the two years of term.

Zero chance Winnipeg considers getting older, worse and taking on an awful contact if trading Scheifele.

This is terrible for the jets. Not the biggest Scheifele fan but he's a lot better than Kuznetsov
