WPG(SK) isn't asking for more value, they're saying Nino is not on the table.

He is much more valuable to WPG though because he's a good player that helps them compete now, but more importantly, he doesn't mind being in Winnipeg.

Agree with you on Schmid. As for VV, throw him in the Helle trade, maybe remove a prospect or pick-- WPG will need a goalie.

I dont think Vanecek is a cap dump and it's probably one of Casey or Holtz, not both. LAK is tough to work out for PLD, but if it happened, you're not getting both of Byfield and Villardi. There's nothing in it for SJS in that trade other than the 1st, which is likely easily beat.

Ooh, thats tough to say. Maybe, cause he's really good. But maybe not cause he's very injury prone and considering Chytil would be around forbthe future now. He's def not NHL/3C ready tho.

I would just take out Lucius, keep Goodrow and take the 50% off on Scheifele to stay under cap and keep it simple.

Either way, Chytil for Scheif is a good start and I would kill to see a Panarin-Scheifele-Trochek line.
