The BOE is trusting that GMs will be fully compliant with every factor when claiming players from waivers. If found that GMs are not compliant, those GMs will be subject to draft pick forfeiture at the BOE's discretion.

We are also announcing that due to the lack of interest and to make the game run smoother, we will no longer be accepting offline submissions for players. The primary reason for this is because the waiver system should run itself. What we mean by this is the following:

If you are the only GM to make a claim, you get that player as long as you are compliant.
If there are more than one GM to make a claim, please refer to the latest Power Rankings (first post) to see who gets that player (if you took over for a retired GM, you get their slot).

We hope that by doing this, the game can run more efficiently and there will not be waiting for the BOE to get around to posting who got who. It will save you time and the BOE time.
