Ty Lewis and Dylan Coghlan were never and are not "unrestricted free agents." They were both invitees to training camp.

They both went undrafted this last year and are both eligible to be drafted in this upcoming draft, therefore, not eligible to be claimed.

Ty Lewis was signed by Colorado this year, shouldnt they be available, and going by your rules, wouldnt that make Maxime Fortier unable to sign because hes still eligable for the draft?
