also smith is a better player than fabbri, poj is better than maatta with more potential and without a contract which is a better contract that maatta has, and jarry is 100 times better than husso. this trade will never make sense for the pens period.

I think almost everyone would agree that Jarry is an average goalie. Better than Husso yes but not for another 3 years at $5.375M better.

contract is fair for what he brings imo. he isn't an 6-10mil goalie but he is one of the best outside the very good ones.
