I believe Brodin has a full NMC, which I doubt he waives at 30 but who knows. The other two pieces may be in play but not sure on value tbh. I just think Brodin is unlikely to even allow a move, assuming the wild want to move him (Which I doubt). Maybe fair value for Rossi and Gus is just the first and like a c prospect? No idea tbh!

I think we'd have to add to that to ensure we get brodin. Add Holtz and I think it's probably more fair.

Although I may be overrating brodin (but he was imo the best dman on the Wild last year, NOT faber)

I don't see a world where Brodin is included, at all.

I can see a path where Rossi and Gustavsson are dealt, but I'm not sure why they do it for the pick unless they really like someone there.

I would be curious if there's something around Rossi for Mercer that the Wild might like.

Otherwise, I can't see a whole lot from NJ that fits the desired return for Rossi (that would be available from NJ).

I think the Wild are at least another summer away (probably a couple, based on the lack of progress by other D prospects in the org) from considering a trade involving Brodin. The blue line is too fragile without him.

Yes.

I also think Faber is overrated.

He ate a lot of minutes but his analytics weren’t better than Nemec’s this year.

He did play a harder role, but also had much better help in Brodin and Middleton as his partners

Come on man, be reasonable. Nail Yakupov was a 1st overall pick for a reason. Pavel Zacha was a 6th overall pick in 2015 for a reason. Kirill Kaprizov was a 135th overall pick for a reason.
