No to Pageau trade. I think if a Pageau to Ottawa trade happend Hamonic would 100% be in it for cap, might as well hold on to him for another year and trade him at the '26 deadline with 50%

Four out of the five defensemen Philly has under team control for next season are left-handed and three of them can purportedly play the right side, so I don't see a building team like the Flyers investing significant assets in an expensive lame duck Chychrun. There will probably be multiple teams that offer Ottawa a first and a second (or the equivalent) for Chychrun, but I'd be willing to bet Philadelphia isn't one of them.

I believe Philly will make an offer that involves swapping Chyrchun and Laughton with some of other stuff thrown in. I also believe both GMs would be interested in it and every fan on here will throw a fit and cry about me saying it cause they hate Laughton.

I don’t think that will end up getting Chychrun I believe that will be Philly’s offer to Ottawa.
