Your evaluations look fair to me. Van extends Blueger at that price though, and I don't think COL take Kadri. Another team will want him at that price, but term and NMC are an issue.

Giving up Kadri would hurt but that trade would be very tempting. The main hitch is Murray Edwards almost certainly won't allow the retention.

I wouldn't trade Mangiapane for a 3rd either. It'd be better to wait until next year's deadline and either extend him then or sell him off as a rental with 50% retention. Similar story on Kuzmenko.

The Marky trade needs at least Holtz replacing Clarke.

Markstrom isn’t worth that price at this point. The time to trade him for a high value was the TDL, especially with no retention

What if they retained 50%? Kadri as 3C/2C at $3.5M could be tempting; they can trade Colton to make room. Not that I think Calgary would retain that much for that long but that's the only way I would consider it.

That ship has sailed and there's no way CGY are retaining for that long.
