Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Offence is clicking, far from a stacked core but they have chemistry and everyone is doing their part. Rather wait to UFA to target offensive improvements, Lindholm/ Reinhart/ Guentzel/ Duchene etc lots of bigger names we acquire.

I’d like to stack up our defence, with lohrei next year we would pretty much have our defence set for the future and outside of lindholm everyone would be 26 or under

I’ve seen a similar trade be posted my multiple NJ fans and been accepted both ways.

NJ desperately needs a goalie so I tried squeezing stillman aswell.

With Hamilton on LTIR they have more then enough cap and can dump Vitek next season for cheaper or buy him out

Do not understand why people love Ferraro so much. I understand he plays very hard minutes for a dumpster fire team, but I've seen nothing that would make me want to trade a 1st and good prospect for. Loved him in college too.

I'd say remove 1 of Stillman, 3rd, Akira. Your pick. Preferably we'd keep the 3rd and use it to dump Vitek. (Or I'd be willing to use a 1st to dump vitek and pay for 50% retention on ullmark from a 3rd party team)

We have a sizable bonus overage coming ($2-3m), so if we can avoid LTIR, we will. But if we do break that open, it would probably mean we wouldn’t retention on Grz as we could have Dougie’s $9 million to work with.

We're solidly in a playoff spot by the deadline, all the forwards are back, only siegs and dougie still out, goaltending still an issue. What would you do?

I'd be fine with going pricey Dman (Hanifin, Pettersson), stopgap goalie.

I'd also be fine going stopgap dman pricey goalie.

If we are solidly in a playoff spot by March 5th, we will have played a February for the ages and we won’t need to add. Chances are we are in similar bubble spot….in which I would hang onto 1sts, find a stop-gap dman and maybe a stop-gap goalie. Out best additions will be coming from IR. And save ammo for summer moves.

Always a risk but any move could throw off chemistry potentially. The big worry would be if potentially throwing off swaymans play since from my understanding they’re excellent friends (it’s why I’d be somewhat hesitant to trade Bastian even if he’s nothing more than a mediocre 4th liner)
