Alright so the Toronto trade has the value of a 1st without sending a first, not retaining half of the salary either, if they get offered a first they obviously accept that but no one is gonna pay a first lol, tanev resigns 3.5Mx2

I think Arizona is a good fit for Hanifin, they’ve been rumoured to be in on him, now I doubt they pay a first for him though 3 2nds has the value of a 1st and a 3rd so it’s a 1st, 2nd and a 3rd for an unretained Hanifin which I think is a good return, probably an overpay honestly but you gotta if you ain’t sending a 1st, Hanifin resigns 8.25Mx8, has come out that Hanifin is talking contract extension again so I guess we’ll see what happens there

Lindholm trade is fairly standard figured Matt doesn’t add any value to the trade just there to make money work, lindholm resigns 8.5Mx8

The markstrom trade can happen to any team that wants a goalie maybe Carolina too, flames can split games with vladar and wolf it’s time wolf gets his shot, retained half to make it more worth while to the other team, just guessing on the value here I really don’t know, the NJD 1st is top 15 protected

So 2 1sts, 6 2nds and a decent d prospect is a pretty good return for one year, even if only 3 of those 2nds hit that’s still 6 decent players out of 4 and all in one deadline id consider this a win
