It's not even close, a young top 4 RHD who is only 22 and is cost controlled for 5 more years and still has a high ceiling, is still worth a 1st round pick, hell Romanov got a mid 1st (13th OVA) and Barron is better than he was with a higher ceiling and plays the more coveted position. Now with that said, Winnipeg isn't in need of a RHD so trading for Barron makes little sense to them. The value is there for sure but the fit/need isn't.
