Yea let’s not overpay for a rental and watch him leave in the summer. Nylander as a rental won’t get this price and anywhere he wants to sign with will just wait until the off-season. Toronto would be nuts to not take this if they can’t afford Nylander it’s pretty much 4 first round picks for a playoff run of nylander. Also we should mention he wasn’t the easiest to deal with last contract…. He’s going to want to be overpaid, probably somewhere sunny.
