Yikes this is pretty hard to watch. Guhle is a absolute beast there no pieces not name McDavid or Draistail that would interest MTL in a Guhle trade. Guhle have Pietrangelo game written all over. He already a elite defender with a incredible skating ability. Is offensive number will never be at Hugues, Fox and Makar but he can put 40 even strength points without sacrificing is defensive attribution.

People compare him as a Pietrangelo, for me it's more a Ryan McDonagh 2.0.

Struble and Kidney for Bouchard

If we move out Matheson and invest in him giving him real minutes like Josi got when Suter Left.

I'm personally not that high on Guhle's offensive skills like many other habs fans on here. but I definitely feel Ryan McDonagh 2.0 as a very apt comparison. Guhle can peak at about 40+pts imo while being an elite 2-way dman that can skate like the wind and play a strong physical game. He also has great leadership skills, I have zero doubt he'll have an "A" on his jersey and would be in the running for Captain if Suzuki didn't have it already.


So no, Guhle is not for sale.

Bouchard is and will be a better player than Guhle.

Guhle is like a Darnell nurse, mattias ekholm or Ryan Mcdonaugh type.
