Mrazek couldn't stop a beachball when he was with the Leafs. He swam more than Michael Phelps. Unless something crazy has happened in his game since then, Mrazek is not the goalie that Edmonton should be targeting.

Ceci is not negative value. 1st + 2nd in that Tanev deal indicates that you view him as a negative asset, which he is not. Tanev would be a clear upgrade though.

Ceci should be slotted as a #5 dman on a cup winner. #5 dman who are defensively minded and who are right shots, tend to be in the 3m ish range. I think his cap is right in line with what he offers. Another team would easily trade a low/mid pick for him. Not a ton, but I expect he would not be negative.

We wont be a decent playoff team if we are replacing Ceci, we need to either keep him and add a defenseman or swap him an have another deal for another RD.
