Faber’s price would be around same as Nemec’s price. This would fall short. He would be an awesome addition if there was anyway to acquire him, but it probably costs us a guy like Holtz (on top of what we have here).

Gustavsson has had a rough start to the year for sure. But people forget he struggled early last year too before he dialed in and finished with a near-vezina worthy season.

Don't write him off just yet.

And despite his struggles this year so far he's flashed the skills that made him so fantastic last year all season long so far at points. So there's more than enough reason to trust he could turn it around. So despite his struggles he's hardly been the primary reason or issue. Minnesota's defense has. It's been absolutely putrid. Most goals against have been either directly attributable to defensive lapses or flukey bounces that he couldn't do a damn thing to stop them even if he tried.

Furthermore, he was fantastic last night. Looked like the Gustavsson of last year. And low and behold, the defense was good too.

Zadorov wouldn't replace Hamilton, it's nearly impossible to replace him, he'd be a stopgap. Whether he fits the system or not is a decision they would make as a team, it can be another guy just one who is actually available
