Yes, look at the history, in the last 50 years I can only think of maybe 1 time the Habs have traded with the Bruins and it was not anything of significance.

I know that the last trade between Habs and Bruins was like in 2001 or maybe somewhere like that, but I know that fact.

This is quite the subjective question to pose between 2 teams with minimal trading history. Every scenario will be wrong in someone’s eyes. Here’s my ‘ignoring the cap’ scenario for any team:
Xhekaj = prospect + 2nd round pick
Monahan = mid level roster player + 5th round pick
For Boston in their current state based on their needs:
Xhekaj = Wotherspoon + 2026 3rd round pick
Monahan (half retained) = Boqvist + 2025 5th round pick

No way I'm handing Boston the nuke that is Xhekaj. I'd like my players to keep their faces intact, tyvm.
