Calgary on the other hand is in no rush to trade valuable players many of which will only become more valuable the closer to the deadline it gets and the more desperate teams like Vancouver, Toronto and Edmonton get.

Overpaying for Tanev isn't what gets the Canucks the Stanley Cup. Edmonton is looking like they will be selling at the deadline as well.

Forsberg hasn't been as good but actually not much he could have done on the vast majority of the 16 goals he has allowed... Sens "team defense" concept is quasi-inexistant (coaching) so it makes playing goalie for the Senators possibly the hardest job in the league (as the last 5 years)
