Sign Hanifin or another top LHD in offseason. Let Foegele, Forbort, Grzelcyk walk. Attempt to move Coyle to offload salary or potentially buyout. Re-load on D and rebuild 3rd line with Bolduc/Dvorsky/Snuggerud/Dean.

    Yeah. Plus, the 3 years, including this season, left on his contract is not ideal, at all. Especially for a position in which we have so much depth. The payment would probably have to be more significant than this, even if we were just being paid to broker a trade with some third party retention.

    Boston really doesn’t need Krug and Coyle has been labeled overpaid for so long that people don’t pay attention to what he means towards winning hockey,
