Ylonen had a good p/gp last year on an awful Habs team. He got opening night and home opener, so I'd say he's pretty valuable right now to the Habs. Don't know if there's anything that'd work between the two teams.

Which leaves them with Werenski, Provorov, Bean, and Kulak on the left side and Severson, Peeke, Gudbranson, and Jiricek on the right side. The idea is to have one less defenseman, period.

Alright so Kulak to a 3rd team instead. The point was Boqvist to EDM, and other base trades to improve this roster, which is why I didn't post a full trade.

You are correct, but is he going to be a long term player here? I don't see us resigning him with all the other guys fighting for spots. Seems like a good trade candidate this year imo.
