Seen a few AGMs sending Hellebuyck to the Jets when trading for Marino.
The trades I've seen doesn't seem to work for the Devils but if DeMelo where to come back along with Hellebuyck it might be a different story

I view the trade as pending UFA Hellebuyck being slightly more valuable than a top 4 RHD with term in Marino, and a rental top 4 RHD in DeMelo being a bit more valuable than Vanecek (an average NHL starter with term) meaning an asset of decent value should be added to the Jets, Graeme Clarke.
I think I have achieved fair value in the trade below and if Cheveldayoff is moving two expiring pieces in Hellebuyck and DeMelo and doesn't want the return to be all futures then I'd think my hockey trade would be a helluva competitive offer.

For next season the Devils could promote Nemec and Vilén to cover for the roster spots vacated by DeMelo and Miller, with Casey an outside shot of making the team as well. There could also be cap space enough to resign Hellebuyck at around 7m if the Devils wanted to go down that route, but chances are that Schmid will have developed into a bonafide NHL starter in one year's time negating the need for that.

...I'd still lean against the Devils doing this deal. Marino is pretty good for that 2RHD spot and his contract is a pretty sweet one to have on this team. Vanecek isn't a bad tandem goalie either at this point in time.
