Is this a ranking as well... If so, TOR has the best chance of winning the division and finishing top 3 IMO and OTT isn't better than Florida and maybe Detroit

I think they did well to address his absence a bit as Johansen, Wood, and Drouin all could rebound and if 2 of 3 do man they could be good especially if its Johansen. Plus they added Colton who should fit in nicely

They also got a TDL to add if need be. As in they end they gonna want to prove it was not a one and done cup like WSH so motivation and determination also gonna come into play to
