With 6 pre-AHL first rounders in its system, the team simply will not be able to bring that talent to the club as is. It is not really viable to have 6 19-21 year olds on an nhl roster when you construct a team like the Blues, especially when 5 of them are forwards. They can’t develop properly on a line together, and there’s too many of them to spread them to all lines. Since 3 are playing full time center, I’d guess a center goes. I’m guessing the gathering of gms will expedite this, and I doubt it’s frequent that teams offer up developing prospects.

I’d suggest one of yesterday’s picks, Snuggerud, Bolduc, or Dean will be traded before the start of the season. I’m guessing Neighbors stays as he atleast will age above that group and not bottleneck it.

Kyrou plus one of them plus ? For Keller type of deal. Or something like Faulk/Parayko + one of them for a younger rhd.
